This luxurious project is designed to explore curated views of Bandra. Design inspired by the Jenga blocks, project takes Redevelopment project design to multiple notches up and is determined to make its mark in the city skyline.
Concept : Jenga
‘The Jenga Concept is developed from a slender plan form to create a distinctive, elegant and sophisticated elevational profile.
The design creates a richly varied and human-scaled facade that responds to its environment and maximizes views.’
01. Selected room of the apartments have projecting 750mm chajja
incorporating 1200mm deep balconies to living rooms.
02. An open elevation is framed whilst the side elevations
incorporate shading fins at 600 centres to forma a “Jenga Block”.
03. Different sized Jenga blocks are stacked to form an elegant and
varied tower with a human scale.
